High Temperature Zinc Corrosion Protection

ZR99 is recommended for the cold galvanising and durable protection of all metallic parts, whether iron or alloy. The zinc in ZR99 is exceptionally pure (99.9% pure); it dries quickly to an even thickness with a glossy finish.

  • Fast drying: touch dry 15 mins., complete cure 24 hours
  • Gloss finish/hammered
  • Can be over-painted l The dry film can be welded (except argon welding)
  • Temperature range: -50°C to +550°C
  • Formulation guaranteed free from chlorines, hydrocarbons and aromatics
